We kicked off the Sunday Arvo ’Seminar Series (SASS) last time with breaking stuff aka. Hapkido principle “destruction”.
It was well received and everyone got something out of it, plus we got some nice photos as well 
Our next club SASS (Vol II) will be on the 19th of September.
Topic, by popular demand, will be a grappling and run by Sir Evan B. from Absolute Fighting Arts.
